Original research

The copyright in the papers, press releases, and figures covered in articles belongs to the respective publishers, authors, and institutions. NBS does not reproduce or translate the original text, and it names the source for short quotations. Figures from original papers are shown only for open-licence (CC) papers that permit reuse, with the licence indicated.

NBS articles

The copyright in articles written by NBS belongs to NBS. Non-commercial quotation that names the source (NatureBio Science and the article URL) is permitted. Reproducing an article in full and commercial use require prior permission.

Conflicts of interest

NBS research stories are written independently of the research, products and organisations they cover. Partner Content is prepared from materials provided by a partner company and is labelled under its headline.

Correction and removal requests

Correction and removal requests from copyright holders and researchers are accepted through Contact.
